International Symposium on Metastable and Nano Materials

SYMPOSIUM FEE

The regular symposium fee will be 400 EUR.

The young scientists may enjoy the reduced rate of 300 EUR, provided they present the official letter from their institution confirming their status of Ph. D. student (or equivalent).

 The symposium fee will cover the following:

	participation in the Symposium,
	Abstracts Book,
	Welcome Party on Sunday,
	lunches and coffee breaks from Monday to Thursday,
	Symposium Excursion on Wednesday,
	Symposium Dinner on Wednesday.

The accompanying persons fee will be 100 EUR. The fee will cover the following:

	Welcome Party on Sunday,
	lunches and coffee breaks from Monday to Thursday,
	Symposium Excursion on Wednesday,
	Symposium Dinner on Wednesday.

The copy of proceedings (the paper version of the volume of the Reviews on Advanced Materials Science) is NOT included in the symposium fee. It may be paid for in advance together with the conference fee, and the hardcopy will be sent to the participant after the proceedings are published. The cost of the copy of the Proceedings will be 100 EUR.

PAYMENT METHODS

The preferred method of payment is the bank transfer (wire transfer). The payment may done be either in EUR, or in PLN (Polish zloty), to:

In the description of the transfer, please write the participant's surname (or surnames, if one transfer covers fees from more than one participant). 

For payments in PLN, the payment should be done to the account number:

In the description of the transfer, please write "ISMANAM" and then the participant's surname (or surnames, if one transfer covers fees from more than one participant).
The sum transferred in PLN should be the equivalent of the adequate fee, converted to PLN according to the mean exchange rate published by the National Bank of Poland (www.nbp.pl) on the day of the transfer. The fee remitted should be net of bank charges.

For the sake of speedy processing of your payment, the participants are requested to send the e-mail, or fax, confirming that the payment has been done. The message should include: name and surname of the participant(s), date of payment, sum transferred and any additional information, such as Ph. D. student status, accompanying person(s), request for the copy of proceedings etc.

Payment in cash at the Reception Desk of the Symposium will also be possible. The currency of cash payment may be PLN, EUR or USD. 

Payment with credit cards, cheques, travellers cheques etc. will NOT be accepted.
