The participants may choose from the variety of hotels in Warsaw. The Symposium’s Accommodation and Social Programme Agent, Mazurkas Travel, offers assistance in arranging the accommodation in three selected hotels in the vicinity of the Symposium venue: Intercontinental, Metropol and Campanile.

Intercontinental Hotel *****

Located right in the heart of Warsaw provides an architectural landmark as one of the highest buildings in the city. It offers guest rooms, which are all exquisitely furnished and fully equipped with the latest technology. In three restaurants and two bars, guests can taste the best of Polish and international cuisine. One of the most stunning features of the hotel is the Riverview Wellness Centre, located on floors 43 and 44, which offers a swimming pool, gym classes, fitness equipment, sauna, steam bath, solarium, massages and beauty treatments, all with a spectacular view of the city.

Metropol Hotel ***

The Metropol Hotel is centrally located in the city centre of Warsaw. The Palace of Culture and Science is just opposite the hotel. Distance to the Airport: approx. 8 km / 20-30 minutes. The metro station is located just opposite the hotel. The Metropol Hotel offers comfortable rooms equipped with: hairdryer, iron and ironing board on request, telephone, windows can be opened, satellite TV, blackout curtains.

Campanile Hotel **

	A brand new hotel Campanile in Warsaw! Located in the heart of city center about 8 minutes by walk from Central Railway Station, and about 7 km from Okecie Airport.
	Address: 2, Towarowa St., Warsaw Distance: 1700 m, 4 bus stops

Hotels price list (in EUR):

All rates are per room, per night, include breakfast, service and VAT.
The first night rate includes the booking fee of 10 EUR.

Booking procedure

In order to check the hotel availability, please contact the person above.

Requests will be accepted thereafter, however, hotel accommodation is subject to availability, and cannot be guaranteed. Accommodation will be allocated on a "first come, first served" basis after receipt the Accommodation Form with the full payment in advance. All extras have to be paid at the hotel while departing.

Without the payment, the booking will not be processed.

Confirmation of hotel reservation

Hotel reservation will be confirmed after receipt of the Accommodation Form with the full payment.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, containing Client link, login and password, with access to his account where already booked services are presented. In case the hotel you prefer has already been fully booked, Mazurkas Travel reserves the right to make arrangement in a similar one.

Change of booking

All accommodation changes (name change, change of dates, change of room type etc) must be made in writing (either by fax or e-mail) and sent to Mazurkas Travel. Please do NOT contact the hotel directly.
A processing fee of 15 EUR will be charged for each change made.

Payment should be settled by:

Please, indicate your name and the symposium name "ISMANAM 2006" on the bank draft document. All costs of money transfer must be prepaid by the transmitter.

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing (either by fax or e-mail) and sent to Mazurkas Travel.

For cancellations received before July 17^th, 2006 a cancellation fee of 15 EUR will be charged.
For cancellations received after July 17^th, 2006, the deposit for the first night payment will not be refunded and the cancellation fee will be charged.

All refunds will only be made after the conference.

Please note that the Local Organising Committee does NOT arrange accommodation for the participants, and does NOT accept payments for accommodation.
