International Symposium on Metastable and Nano Materials

PROCEEDINGS

The participants are encouraged to submit the manuscripts of their papers in order to have them published in the Symposium Proceedings. The separate, special volume of Reviews on Advanced Materials Science (impact factor of 1.019 in year 2006) will be published as the Proceedings. Usual refereeing procedure will be applied, and only the accepted papers will be published.

Please note that only one paper per participant will be published in the Symposium Proceedings.

The participants who decide to have the hardcopy of the Proceedings, will need to pay the extra charge for the copy. The hardcopy will be sent to the participant after the Proceedings are published. The copy of the Proceedings will cost 100 euro.

The length of a paper in the printed form of the Reviews on Advanced Materials Science must not exceed:

   2 pages for the poster, 

   3 pages for the regular oral presentation, 

   4 pages for the invited talk, and 

   6 pages for the plenary presentation paper.

Please assume that approximately 2 pages of the manuscript are the equivalent of 1 page in the printed form (assumption for text only).

The manuscripts must be submitted to the Local Organising Committee not later than on 18^th September. They must be handed over in 3 paper copies, each of them clipped, but not permanently stapled. Please avoid sealing the envelope with the manuscripts.

REVIEWER'S REPORTS

The Reviewers are kindly asked to download the Reviewer's Report Form, fill it in, change name to "Review Manu xxx.doc" (where xxx is the number of manuscript) and send by e-mail as an attachment to the Local Organising Committee. In the Subject line, please, write "Review - Manuscript # ...". Alternatively, the Reviewer may print the form out, fill it in by hand, and post it in an envelope to the Local Organising Committee postal address. The reviews must be returned not later than 30^th November 2006. Please mind that timely reviewing process is crucial for the speedy publishing of the Symposium Proceedings.
